Install Files Function

I am issuing an 'Install file A to B' with the Check File (Date/Time)
replacement option set. If the replacement option is true and it does
not replace B with A, is the %_SB_ERRORCODE% set to zero (succeeds) or
non-zero (fails)?

%_SB_ERRORCODE% is set to -1 in this case.
