"Handle String Operation: Convert Plain Text to RTF"

This would give you the possibility to create a printable readme dialog
content at runtime.

Yes, there is a new "Text2RTF" function in SetupBuilder 8 to
programmatically convert ASCII text files to RTF at runtime.

See attached screenshot. SetupBuilder converted the 'test.txt' file to a
'test.rtf' RTF on-the-fly.
