Clarion 8 has NOT been officially released yet (it's in BETA) - features
until GOLD are a moving target -

In the event you need more functionality than can be provided by the

I am actually using Clarion 8 at the moment yes I know its has not been
released yet.
I sort of By Passed 6, and 7.

Well, you ARE using C8, only because you at least bought C7 (I am assuming
you have a legal copy of C7), so if you bought the Enterprise version of
C7, you have access to SetupBuilder for Clarion, if you bought the PE
Edition of C7, you don't.

If you bought C7 PE, then I would suggest - BUY

Yes I have legal copies of Clarion 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.5, 6, 7, 7.3 and 8
Actually they included 6 and 8 when I purchased 7.
I just received an email from SoftVelocity with download instructions for
SetupBuilder

You ARE definitely a long time Clarion user (in the Windows area)! However
there was NO C3 release - went from 2 to 4 - I think it had to do with the
perception of some from the DOS product line when CDD 3 was not received
well.

Glad to know about including 6 when you purchased 7 - there are still many
Clarion developers who RELY on C6 created programs, and gingerly use C7,
not fully relying on it.

Clarion to SetupBuilder Developer
