As you probably know, Microsoft "reoffered" the update for Microsoft Visual
C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package (KB2538242) and Microsoft
Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 (KB2538243) Redistributable Package.
We have tested the new redistributables last weekend and we'll make updated
SetupBuilder 7 Core PreRequisites available soon.
