Mainifest Embedding Porcess Failed

Suddenly getting this error on a rock solid install. This happens on
different exe's seemingly at random.

I'm guessing an internet problem.

Ideas?

First of all, make sure that you have valid (non-manifested) .exe files. If
this is the case, make sure that you do not have received a "buggy"
virus-definition or anti-virus/spyware update that suddenly locks the
embedding process.

These are files that have been in the same folder a long while. Sometimes a
file will pass through other times it will fail.

Using AVG free.

Hmmm.
