I would strongly suggest to update to the latest SB75 build. The screenshot
tells me that you are still running "7.2 Build 3062 (August 27, 2010)". You
have a valid subscription, so you can update without any problem. If you do
not find your subscription key, let me know and I'll re-send it.

I get message with the window title "Invalid Maintenance and Support
Subscription Plan ID" when I try to update which is why I havent updated.

I think you are not using the latest subscription key.

I re-sent the original subscription notification (sent to you on January 1,
2011). Did you receive it?
