If I use .\ as the output directory, my setup gets saved in the root
folder of my hard disk.
If I change it to .\Output, then it gets created in the correct place.

I use [SB_PROJECT] for mine.

That's because .\ does represent the root directory of whichever branch of
the directory tree you are "in".
