It would be nice if I could drag an .sb7 or .sbi to SB to open it.
It's nice that SB7 is the default app, but sometimes I don't want to
start a new instance.

So you would like to drag a .sb7 or .sbi file from Explorer and then drop it
to an active SB IDE to open it?

I was thinking about that, maybe not.
It would be pretty sweet to be able to drop an .sbi into the script
editor and auto-include it, though.
I suppose there would be too many different types of intent to figure
out.
