A guy who is trying to use my installer is getting an error message: "SetupBuilder 7.5 Archive integrity check failed".

Can anyone tell me what this means? What to do about it?

Dave,

That means your customer received an incomplete setup file (e.g. the setup.exe is 14MB but he only downloaded 8MB). Let him check the code-signature and it will also be "invalid". To fix such a transmission error (caused by his Internet connection or your server), the customer has to download the file again from your site.
