File association arguments don't seem to work.
I'm trying to create a file association and I want the arguments to be
/e: "%1"
but no matter what I put in the arguments field I only ever get "%1"
added in the registry after install.
I tried adding /e: after the filename in the File: field, but that
resulted in the DefaultIcon parameter also getting /e: added to the
filename in the registry, despite there being a separate field for icon
file in SB.
