Friedrich,
I install a few image files and its very important they do not get their
original date and time stamps changed. Is there any script function to
set these to a specific value if they are changed by installing?

If you install files (using the "Install Files" function) then the installer
automatically recreates the original creation time, last access time and
write time. So the file date/time stamp is always accurate after the
installation process (it does NOT change the date/time stamp).

Cool. Then I need to touch some files (images actually) to be the same
before I do a new compile.

Yes. The compiler will then "package" the new date/time stamps into the
setup.exe.
Let me know if this works.
