I have a customer that cant install my software, everytime they try to
install, they get an error message
"Setup Builder 6.5." The message is "[2] Cannot load Rich Edit control."
Then "The application has encountered a problem. Contact the vendor."

Could it be that that computer doesn't have the necessary RTF dll - or
it is corrupt?

How big is the RTF? Ive had trouble in the past with license agreements
that were too long for it.

Friedrich mentioned this recently - not sure what the local://
solution is.
"Yes, the compiler limit for RTF files is 100K. Beautiful, this is not
documented. Done now!
RTF files larger that 100K "should" be possible if you use the local://
solution."

Hi Eric,
The customer has a corrupt Windows installation. The core Windows RTF
control is not available.

The customer emailed and said something was corrupt but they were able to
get the software installed
