Hi,
when the Target Folder indicated in the "download file (http)"-options does not exist, the downloading process seems to enter in an endless loop. Knowing the problem I can obviously create the destination folder first.

Interesting. You are absolutely right. We'll fix this in the upcoming SetupBuilder 8.

Fixed!

FIX : [SB#2-11061] Installer: The "Download File (HTTP)..." script function went into an endless loop when the "Target Folder" did not exist. If the folder does not exist, the function tries to create it now. If this fails, the function returns error code 2381.
