Ask about- Verify Subscription Key
> Return Values
>
> After the script runs the Verify Subscription Key function, the variable contains one of the following values:
> 0—The subscription key is valid and not expired. If you check for Supported Component ID, the component is available (enabled).
> 1—The subscription date has expired.
> 2—The subscription version has expired.
> 3—The provided subscription key is invalid.
> 4—The verified component ID is not available (means it is disabled in your installation).
> The %_SB_RETURNEX% variable value holds two list items containing the expiration date and expiration version of the subscription key.
2- The subscription date has expired.
^^
The following problem:
Customer buy my software 01.01.2012 - the have subscription 6 month -
31.06.2012 your format: 20120631
In the last 12 months, the customer gets online updates.
now we have 10.01.2013 - a new pc have the customer, he install the
first setup from 01.01.2012 !
Now if I understand correctly, he can not install updates because the
maintenance is no longer valid. BUT not! Updates for January to June 2012.
Is that correct?
