Conditionally install fonts

Hello all,

Is there any such example available that shows how to install some fonts
conditionally, depending on OS.
I want to include Segoe UI font, if my app is installed on WINXP machine
as the font is missing from this version of Windows.

For any file that you install, you can specify which OS and whether to
replace the item if it already exists.
