Call regasm.exe with /tlb option

I understand that I can facilitate regasm /codebase with "COM Interop Register (/codebase)". But I really need the /tlb option. How's that conveniently possible?

Please try the following (not sure if this works). You have to install both .tlb and .dll. Then "COM Interop Register (/codebase)" the .tlb file. Does this work? If this is not the case, let me know and we'll try to optimize the registration process.
