No way. I was so very interested in the Surface Pro with 128GB. I tried
everything possible, but it was (and still is?) chronically out of stock.
Microsoft does not want my money -- shame on you M$.

But I needed a Hybrid Table to test our software and plan future
enhancements. So I decided to buy a Windows 8 Multi-Touch Hybrid Tablet
from Lenovo. I never thought that I would ever buy a device from Lenovo,
but it was worth it. Good built quality, performance is okay with good
transfer speeds and display, good battery life.

I thought the same thing when I saw Lenovo at best buy, until I was in a
pinch and bought
a Lenovo desktop. Best computer on my bench......

They original were part of IBM
What model tablet did you buy?

I bought a Lenovo IdeaTab Lynx K3011 (11.6" tablet powered by Windows 8 and
Intel's dual-core Atom Z2760 Clovertrail). Excellent build quality!

I have all kind of Apple iOS and Samsung Android devices. But I really love
the Lynx Windows 8 Multi-Touch Hybrid Tablet. The cool thing is that I can
run my Windows software and read newspapers, magazines and books on it.

BTW, rumors are that Microsoft will announce the second-generation Surface
devices (with Win 8.1?) at Microsoft's Build developer conference in late
June.
