Code Signing Questions

I started to purchase a Comodo Code Signing Certificate, but I have a
question about some of the options on the order form.

There is an option "User Protected"..should this be checked and what are the
implications of checking or not checking.

Also there is an "Exportable? option..again should this be checked.

Hi Lemuel,

"User Protected" places additional protection on the use of the private key
(signing key) associated with the certificate. Additional protection will
challenge to the employee to OK the use of the Certificate every time the
private key is used.

"Exportable" allows to backup certificates.

See screenshot. I would suggest to ensure that "Exportable" is CHECKED
(this is not the default setting!) and leave "User Protected" UNCHECKED.
