Don't use google chrome to manage your SSL on the Comodo site.
After a few days of "trying again", I finally realized it just doesn't
work right with Chrome. <g>
IE seemed to do the job. Didn't try another browser.
Couple more tips:
I made a couple of mistakes on this order, and it really puts a hitch
in your gitalong to un-screw those screwups.
Mistake 1: entered the company PO box for the address. I thought it
was only the billing address that they wanted there. But nope.
Mistake 2: Used the company phone number. Since the number that you
give them is the number that they use for phone verification, you want
to use the phone number that you actually will be answering.
That was enough to make this a very frustrating ordeal.
