Create Subscription Key tools

Hi,

I there posibility to interface with "Create Subscription Key tool" from
outside of SB6 IDE? I mean can I call some function from my application
(Clarion, php etc) that returns me generated key?

I this should be very helpful to generate key in automatic mode.
