Hi there,
Is there a way to let SetupBuilder detect the installed office (Outlook) version ?
One of my setups need to know if Outlook 2003 or 2007 is installed on the machine. Now I let the user choose an option, but I also want to do a silent install.
Tnx.

Michel,
As far as I know, there's no standard way. But you can try and enumerate the Registry keys under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office and do a match with
the versions available.
What do you think?

I will give it a try, looks like the best way to go :)
Edit: Grrr Microsoft should clean the registry better when you uninstall an office version.
I'll go on and find a way tho :)
