Send mail after uninstall

Hi there

I would like to track down why my potential customers download my program
without buying it. To do this, I want to open a kind of formmail when the
program is uninstalled, asking the customer kindly to say why the program
did not meet their demands.
Any examples on doing this in SB ?
Any comments on doing this ?
