I have a customer when attempting to install to their XP server gets the
above message. I have not had any reports of any installation problems and
have been using this installation for some months.
I do have the execution level at requireAdministrator which I think is the
default. But the error message is not really clear to me.
I am using version 6.6.2016 of SetupBuilder.
Any help is welcome.

Bob,
Exactly what the message says ;-) The installer cannot write to a specific
folder (does not have write access to it, etc.). Perhaps his admin played
with access control rights?
BTW1, this is not an installer bug or issue.
BTW2, requireAdministrator does not have any effect on XP machines. This is
a Vista/2008 "feature".
Please keep us posted.

I have this problem on Vista, we have an app that drops a file under
Windows. We get this error, we turned off UAC and
now the errors are gone.
