I get this kind of feature or failure a lot with setupbuilder.
if I put the mose over it then I can view the buttons but the background

Unfortunately, no. This issue is there for ages (10+ years) on very very
few machines in certain circumstances. It's caused by the underlying
runtime library code and completely out of our control.

Yes, C6. It's a standard MDI Window. Over the years we tried everything
possible to minimize this issue.

Until someone upgrades that to 9.1! (I know, you've explained that
already <g>)
In my experience, that only happens when the SB IDE loses focus (I often
task switch) and then gains focus. For me, its just cosmetic and low
priority.

A C9.1 powered version is definitely already in the works <g>. Not a
trivial task to remove all the low-level workarounds from the C6 version.

It started happening for me in either 8.0 or 8.1. Do not recall it ever
happening before. I run SB almost exclusively in VM's and I have had
experience with other weird video things on this box. Could this be
video card/driver related? This box has on-board something or other and
I've never bothered to upgrade it to a "real" card<g>
Best regards,

This toolbar issue seems to be caused by a specific combination of Windows
OS and the video card (driver?) and/or software running in the background.
First seen in Vista (early beta) in 2005/2006.
Unfortunately, even very low-level code can't fix it :-( It does not have
any effect.
