SetupBuilder 8.2 and Windows 10 / Server 10 [2014-10-07]

All,

Preliminary native support for both Windows 10 and Server 10 added to
SetupBuilder. Quite a few internal IDE and runtime changes / code
optimizations. There are still lots of things to do.

BTW, I would say that Microsoft is getting it right, and I look forward to
seeing what future updates bring. Windows 10 is clearly a step in the right
direction.

Cool.

I wonder if hex notation for those constants might make more sense,
now that the number is getting pretty large. :)

Hmmm, I agree. Good idea and makes sense :-) Beginning with Windows 10,
I'll use hexadecimal values.
