Code signing certificate renew

I just purchased a code signing certificate because the old one is expiring. I took the renew option. I have a receipt, but no download instructions for the certificate. HELP!

BTW, I think you "requested" a new code-signing certificate. It requires identity verification before you get the download instructions.
