Dan,
Because this error is returned from the Microsoft Authenticode Tool, we can
only guess.
If you are 100% sure that the configuration settings are correct (e.g.
pointing to the correct code-signing certificate with the correct
configuration settings) then it is caused by an invalid PE Header in your
wos.exe file. Perhaps a wos.exe recompile can fix it.
But I would re-check the configuration settings first. And make sure that
the timestamp server is accessible (online).

Hi Friedrich
All other files code sign fine. It seems that occasionally this pops it's
ugly head for no apparent reason.
I will try another recompile

Once in a while, this happens with a script that works often. Near as I
can tell, for some reason, communication to the time server is interrupted.
Compile it again and I bet it works. If it continues, switch to another
server.

If it happens again with this "wos.exe" file, please send it to me and I'll
try to find out what the problem is with the file. In most cases it is
caused by a corrupt PE Header.

+1 I have it fail once in a while... I just recompile too.
