SetupBuilder 2015 Version 8.5 Build 4708 is available.

To download the Pre-Release, please visit:

This fixes the Windows 10 Build 9926 detection issue.

The installer runtime can detect "old" and "new" Windows 10 builds now. We
strongly recommend that all SetupBuilder 8.5 users upgrade to the new
version as soon as possible!

Perfect! Thanks again, Jane. I did not notice this OS change in the last
Windows 10 build :-(

Microsoft decided to change (again) the rules in the middle of the game.
What they have done here is to penalize those developers who followed the
rules.
