Friedrich,
Just wondering why the Descriptive Name field is always getting
cleared when I reselect my default signature so it matches my most
recent certificate and password.
I -usually- remember it's going to happen and copy the contents before
going through the process but I'm get'n older and far more forgetful!

Is there a place keeper token I can put in this field when defining my
Default Signature so it knows not to paste an empty field when used?

While putting "cpcssb6trf.dll" might be a fabulously descriptive addition
to cpcssb6trf.dll <g>, why not create one profile per project and put
something useful into the profile's Descriptive Name field such as "CW
Addons Component." ?

That was simply an example. I describe components individually so my
"Default Signature" has a blank description. Sadly when selected it's
not ignoring the fact that the "Default Signature" description field
is empty.
IF SignatureDefaultDescription
LocalDescription = SignatureDefaultDescription
END
It just needs a bit of logic to prevent it from overwriting each use
when the default description is blank. It's Clarion, piece of cake!<g>
My single signature is more than sufficient for my needs. Life is
already too damn complicated!<g> And all I'm doing is updating the
signature key and password. Of course if I had my way I should be able
to update ALL of them by changing the default signature and mashing a
button but right now I'd be happy if the description wasn't killed!<g>

It was sloppy programming or sloppy design that got it there <g>. Changed
now and will be available in the next build.
Thank you!!
