So MS is trying to make Win 7 SHA2 aware.

Unfortunately, apparently some Win 7 machines go into an infinite reboot
loop after trying to install it.
Apparently, it depends on another patch and they have to be installed in the
right order:

I let Windows install in the order it wanted, and the 3 Win7 machines and 2
2008R2 servers I updated succeeded without issue.
And I can see sha256 and dual signatures now.
