OT: How do you change a Win10 theme font?

Not the size, but the actual font used in a theme... MS keeps making
things harder and harder to find and they've done an EXCELLENT job in
Windows 10!

Figured Friedrich would know even if no one else does.<g>

And while you're at it... how to change the color at the top of windows from
the white it's been for the past couple of updates????
