Cosmetic issue: SB8 IDE on Win10 (Final)

I have reported this cosmetic Win10 issue again and again to Microsoft, but
they did not fix in the final Win10 release. It only happens when the
application (IDE) is Win10-manifested.

I'll try to develop a workaround in SB10. Just wanted to let you know that
I am aware of it.

Now, ain't that pretty?<g> Does this happen with all drop downs or is
there something special about this one? Clarion drop down, right?

It only happens on Windows 10 x64, not on x86. Manifested as Windows 8.1
and it works again. It's a native (not Clarion) Windows drop down control.

BTW, SB compiled setup.exe files are not affected (see attached
screenshots).

Fixed in SetupBuilder 10 (Windows 10 manifested).
