Heads up - black toolbar

Robert Paresi has posted reports of black toolbars appearing in his programs in
Windows 10, in the C10 newsgroup.

I just noticed the same thing has happened with SB, but I'm running Win7, so
maybe it is a Clarion 10 issue?

SB is not written/compiled in C10.

It's a known aberration in SB.

Robert's report was about black _title bar_ in W10, not toolbars. In
Robert's case the whole title bar was solid black.

Unfortunately, this is a (re-)drawing issue (on very very few machines under
certain circumstances) for more than 11 years and can't be fixed. It's
completely out of our control.
