Chrome has upped their trying-to-suck-harder game recently.
I didn't get an opportunity to "keep" the file when I downloaded the
latest C10 build today.
The file did still exist in my download folder as
"Unconfirmed 234577.crdownload" though.

The default behaviour of MS Edge is to download everything into the "Download"
folder without asking - annoys me and lots of others. Hasn't added the rename
feature yet!

Seems to be caused by an old bug in Chrome?!

That thread seems to only apply if the download folder doesn't exist. I
downloaded all 3 files in the SV email, and only the C10 install.exe
caused this issue, the other two downloaded normally. It seems the build
has been removed so I can't re-test;)
