Hi Dan,

You need to get a new certificate. I do not think there is any
"upgrade" path from an existing SHA1 certificate to a new SHA2 or
SHA1+SHA2 certificate.

I have no personal experience, but this is what Comodo says about getting an
upgraded certificate:
