Does SetupBuilder ever refer users to http://www.dll-files.com/ ?

I have a client that installed my software. She said it requested that
she install an additional DLL and refered her to this website.
She can't recall the name of the DLL, etc.

The software does not run correctly for her (codejock components not
loading) so I assume it was some sort of MS runtime.

No, SetupBuilder does not refer users to http://www.dll-files.com. And
official MS runtimes will also never refer to this site.
