Couple of signing questions

1. Sometimes signing fails for a file with error 2 and then I wait a few
minutes and it signs with out error.

2. Which time server should I use in #Pragma

I see that once and a while Dan. Usually it is the AV getting in the way.

What Charles said. That simply means your protection software blocks access
to the timestamp server. Try to put your signtool.exe to the exclusion list
of your anti-virus/anti-spyware/firewall software. If this does not help,
also add the SetupBuilder output folder and the SB10.EXE to the exclusion
list. Authenticode signing manipulates the binary contents of an existing
file. Buggy protection software products interpret this (from time to time;
it depends on the binary contents) as a malicious action (false-positive).

Then it's caused by a firewall (computer, router) or the Internet
connection. It simply means that the timestamp server returned a security
warning. It's not safe to continue the signing process and so it's aborted.
I see that once and a while too.

Hopefully your machine is NOT connected to the Internet or your network
then<g>.

Even the built-in stuff that comes with Windows can cause that problem Dan.

I agree! I have a Windows 10 test VM with no 3rd-party protection
installed. Sometimes, Windows Defender and/or Windows Firewall block the
timestamping action. I recompile (this changes the binary contents of the
executable) and Windows Defender and/or Windows Firewall are happy again
<g>.
