I noticed that running an app in XP SP3 compatibility mode (did this
for testing purposes only), Windows 8.1 can't see either of the
certificates, even on a dual signed app.
I shows a UAC type of window "Do you want to allow the following
program to make changes to your computer?" and "Unknown Publisher".
This isn't a setup program. Just a regular Clarion app.
Not an SB problem, but interesting to know.
