Hi Alberto,
> Any idea?
Try check the "PASV Mode" checkbox. That's the only thing I can think
of. I have it set for my FTP connections (using Total Commander) to my
hostgator server, which runs linux. I seem to recall that I've had
issues with connecting and speed if I don't use passive mode.
Best regards,

Hi Alberto,
Check that you haven't got any weird proxy settings.

Error #0 means your server did not send any error code, but the WinINet
operation failed.
Normally, a FTP location looks similar to this:
ftp.armisoftware.com/public_html/downloads
armisoftware.com with no "directory" does not make sense, IMO.

Okay, just checked this and it also works fine with "no" directory provided
in SB10.

Friedrich,
I've tried every key combination I can think of and I cannot reproduce
your User Name or Password. How did you DO that?!<g>
