Create Service: System Recovery properties

Hi Friedrich,

I know how to create a service with SB.
But is it also possible to set the System Recovery properties of a
service with your great SB tool?
Or is there some other way to accomplish this?

Like:
First error: Restart service
Second error: Restart service
Next errors: Restart service
Restart service after: 1 minute
