Title of Setup Requirements error messages

I used a different login which did not let me post a new forum question, but it's all good now...

Anyway, when setting up Setup Requirements, for example checking for operating systems, the following box appears stating the OS is not adequate as I have forced an OS to one that I don't have just to get this to appear.
I have found the text and was able to update 1033_ERR_LAUNCH_CONDITION_OS to make it more descriptive for our product.
Question: is there a way to change the icon or message title for any of the Setup Requirements error messages?

in SetupBuilder 2018, it's possible to change the title for system message boxes (see attached screenshot).
