GEN1081 error 110

Getting Compiler error GEN1081: Manifest embedding process failed. Error
code:110 when compiling a build I have been using for a year or more. I
can't find what this error means anywhere. I actually running V8.5.4754

This is system error ERROR_OPEN_FAILED 110 (0x6E) "The system cannot open
the device or file specified."

If it worked fine before (and the file to be manifested does exist), then
one of your latest virus-definition updates might cause this.

If you are sure that the file really exists, then it *is* caused by a buggy
virus or spyware definition update. Contact your protection system provider
and report that false-positive. As a temporary workaround, it should help
to add the output folder to the "exclusion" list of your protection
software. This should work around the real-time monitoring bug.
