Additional Maintenance Plan renewal (activation) method in SetupBuilder 2019

SetupBuilder 2019 introduces an additional method to load and activate your
new Maintenance Plan ID.

In all previous SetupBuilder versions, you had to copy and paste the new
Maintenance Plan ID from the SetupBuilder order notification email into the
"Maintenance and Support Plan" IDE window to activate it.

Starting today, we'll send out a SetupBuilder Maintenance Plan file (.smp)
along with each renewal order. This is a standard ASCII text file to make
sure that it does not trigger any protection software action.

To load and activate your new maintenance plan in SetupBuilder 2019, you
can...

1. ...double-click the .smp file.

-or-

2. ...select "Activate Maintenance Plan" and drag & drop the .smp file into
the blue region.

-or-

3. ...select "Activate Maintenance Plan" and click the "Load Maintenance
Plan File..." button.

-or-

4. ...continue with the old "copy and paste" method.
