Getting a couple error messages when running our install on a win
server 2012R2. We are using the latest version of SB 10.
AntiVirus has been turned off for the install and had the same result.
Anything else to try?
Thanks

Ok, so, did you do what they wanted you to in the message?

You're set up for RequireAdministrator?

Yes, we have RequireAdministrator set and we are getting the UAC
prompt. This install script has been used for many years and we are
just now getting the issue at one location.
We tried to reinstall the current version and it also has the issue
now but did work in the past on the same PC.

Temp drive exists?
Temp drive read and writeable?
Drive space on the temp drive folder?

I have attached a screenshot from the CHM documentation.

BTW, are you using a new code-signing certificate? It's a typical
"false-positive" issue. "Something" (most likely a protection software
product) on this machine "locks" the component and LoadLibrary fails with an
"access denied" error.

We did have to renew our cert a month or so ago. They were able to
install this morning. The customer had to reinstall their AV program
Cylance. Turning it off was not allowing the install but a reinstall
fixed the issue.
