Compler error GEN1091 Runtime Mismatch

I am building a new project in SetupBuilder 10 and am getting this error. Can anybody advise what I may have done wrong?

could you please send your "Uninst_SetupBuilder 10 Developer.log" (from the main SetupBuilder 10 folder) to support@lindersoft.com.
