I still have tons of support E-Mails in my InBox with regard to code-signing
issues.

Please note that the GlobalSign timestamp server is down:

Just switch to the Comodo one (it supports both SHA-1 and SHA-2) and you are
done:

Could you consider adding a failover to SB. Allow the users to pick
preferred servers and failed attempt retry servers, if they want.
