I'm perplexed, yes - nothing odd for me<g>, but my install registers
the templates correctly but fails to unregister them when uninstalled.
The TPL/TPW files are removed as expected but the TRF is not updated.
Any ideas?

Recompiled the install and the problem persists. The TPL's install
correctly and the actual disk files are deleted during uninstall but
the template registry remains as if the TPL files are still there.
I've included the only sections of the uninstall log where the TPL
files are indicated, does anything appear to be wrong here?
Did something get broken somewhere????

I don't think I've ever used automated uninstall of templates, but I
wonder if you could just replace your main .TPL file with a do-nothing
stub, then register it and delete it?

I will occassionally post some of my automagraph images here:

They are mostly created with my Clarion/ImageEx app.

All my past installs have supported it and worked. If you uninstall
RPM, AFE, PNet or CRT the templates registered during the install are
uninstalled with, I assume, calls to ClarionCL which is used to
install them.
I'm going to wrap up the 11.1 installs shortly but I'd like the
behavior to remain as it was.
After I get the 11.1 installs out and wrap up some needed work for my
contracts I'll invest the time to do some deep testing with AS which I
hope to do early June.

RED issue or /ConfigDir??? It's like it doesn't find the TPL files and
those two are the only things I can think of that might break that - but
then I'd expect that to happen also when registering... Maybe the .tpl
files have already been removed when the unregistering happens?
Best regards,

If anything it would be /ConfigDir but it's always worked in the past
so I'm lost as to the cause.

Lee,
just checked this with my internal LSZip install (C11.0 & C11.1 compliant)
and unregistration works without any problem here. Tested it on different
machines with different C11.1 pre-releases.
Does it also fail if you are *not* using /ConfigDir?

I'll have to wait to see. The VM that I use for that work imploded and
I'm getting ready to do a restore from my offsite backup.
I should have stayed in bed today, nothing seems to be going right!<g>

<G>
I'll test it again with /ConfigDir tomorrow (already 10 PM here).

First, this IS using /ConfigDir but with no = or path.
Second, I broke it all now... the TPL's won't even register! I'm tired
of breaking stuff today so I'll continue tomorrow - hopefully NOT
breaking anything else!!!!!!<g>

Re-tested to be on the safe side. The LSZip installer registeres the
templates and the uninstaller unregisteres here (C11.1 with no /ConfigDir).
