Hello:
I currently have Installed SetupBuilder 2019.7 developer edition and I am working on a project that requires directx 9. When I launch p SB as admin on windows 8.1 Pro x64 and attempt to download the redistributable it gives an error that the redistributable installer cannot detect SewtupBuilder Developer edition. I've taken a screenshot of tbs one for the record and am hoping that sosmeone can tell me whether or not this is a bug or expected behavior.
