Hello:

I am curious if there exists a programming language or even tools that use existing languages that work how set up builder works? Mostly working in point and click visual areas but if need be dropping down to a simple script that is also very much fill in the blanks type.

I hope that makes some degree of sense that if anybody has a question or has an idea let me know.
