Friedrich,
In your spare time :), it would be nice if the post-compile installer upload process could offer support for AWS S3.
Others might want support for whatever Azure and Google Cloud Platform offer in that same arena.
Thanks,
Mark
PS: I almost managed to stop saying something about adding those things in the webupdater process:)

Hi Mark,
Would it be possible for you to give me access to a AWS S3 "instance" so we can develop and test it? Unfortunately, we do not have access to AWS...
BTW, so you are saying that (WinInet) FTP upload does not work with AWS S3?

Friedrich,
AWS S3 is not a FTP or HTTP type upload. You can call their command line API (simple - and can be done with RUN() ), or you can use python, NetTalk, Curl, whatever. It's quite simple. Id be happy to give you a S3 bucket to test with. Should I email credentials to sales@lindersoft.com?

BTW, AWS offers a free tier of pretty much all their services - and S3 is ridiculously cheap. However, for testing, giving you a bucket to test with is way easier on you, due to security setup etc.

Hi Mark,
I played with AWS some time ago (2021?) but I am running my own "cloud" services based on VMWare ESXi.
Will re-evaluate it :-)
Thanks again for your help.
Friedrich
